NEWS AND UPDATES Molega Lake Results - Posted on Aug 22, 2010 The results of today's tournament on Molega Lake have been posted, including all tournaments stats, as well as team of the year standings and total lunker standings. It was a beautiful day on the lake, which has been rare for 2010. With their first south shore bassmasters 1st place finish, the team of Dennis & Gail Lavender took first place with a hefty bag of smallmouth weighing in at 12.34lbs!! Congratulations to Dennis & Gail. Joey Feener & Darren Whalen also maintained 1st place in the team of the year race with the 3rd place finish. The race going into the final tournament on Mushamush is close, and it is sure to be a spectacular finish! -Cody Lohnes Molega Lake Mailer - Posted on Aug 9 2010 With only two of the five SSBM tournaments remaining, the tournament season is moving fast. In preparation for our next tournament on Molega Lake on August 22nd, president Mark Weare has created an SSBM mailer for distribution. Of importance is the Molega Lake Private launch. We must pay special attention and use with caution. As well, there is a special requirement regarding the upcoming weekend, which will be used by many for prefishing. Please see the details in the mailer here. -Cody Lohnes Big Mush results - Posted on July 25 2010 With once again less than stellar weather conditions, 35 teams showed up to the third SSBM event of the season on Big Mush-a-mush lake. Stealing the show on this day was the team of Rob Mailman & Peter Lavender with both the lunker at 3.94lbs and first place at 9.97lbs. Great showing guys! The next event is held on Molega Lake in Queens Co., see you there! -Cody Lohnes Mersey River results - Posted on July 11 2010 Twenty-five teams showed up to the second SSBM tournament of the season. Some rain and at times, high winds, resulted in one of the worst turnouts in years for SSBM. That did not stop the anglers in attendance from catching some nice fish. On this day, it was Joey Feener & Darren Whalen bringing a hefty 12.4lbs to the scales followed by Mark Weare & Millage Weare in 2nd, and Tremayne Nauss & Jerome Croft in third. Mark & Millage also had the lunker to boot.  All the stats for the tournament are up, as well as the updated standings for team of the year and total lunker honors. The pictures from the tournament are also up! Also, a big thank you to Donna Conrad, who snapped two nice pictures of Clyde Corbett and Clark Delong at the recent Ponhook Lake tournament.
